Mr Noor Mohamed is an admitted attorney with more than 15 years of experience in the legal profession. He holds a BA from the University of Johannesburg and an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand. His experience includes High Court criminal trials, serious and complex criminal offences, commercial disputes and litigation, providing clients with strategic representation and practical legal guidance. He also brings valuable experience as a lecturer in law, combining academic insight with extensive practical experience in legal practice.

Ruth Mzitshwa is an admitted attorney with an LLB and an LLM specialising in Human Rights Law. Her practice areas encompasses immigration, criminal defense, family law, labour and commercial law, with experience in complex legal matters and litigation. She has a particular interest in health law, access to healthcare and patients’ rights, and has acted in medical negligence matters involving the protection of patients’ legal rights and interests. Her professional interests extend beyond legal practice into research and academia, with a particular focus on constitutional rights, healthcare and the effective realisation of socio-economic rights.

Tashya Giyapersad brings almost two decades of legal experience, with specialised expertise in labour law, medical law and forensic medicine. As a CCMA Commissioner, she brings extensive dispute-resolution experience and assists the firm with complex labour and employment matters. She holds a Master of Laws degree in Medical Law and brings a multidisciplinary understanding of the intersection between law and medicine. Tashya also serves on various boards, contributing her legal expertise to leadership, governance and strategic decision-making. Her extensive experience and specialised knowledge make her a valuable resource in complex labour, medical and legal matters.

Brenda B is an admitted attorney, conveyancer, notary public and consultant with extensive experience in property law, conveyancing, trusts, estates and commercial matters. She brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the firm, with a particular focus on matters requiring precision, careful drafting and detailed legal compliance. Her experience includes property transfers and registrations, sale and transfer of property, drafting and registration of trust deeds, establishment and administration of trusts, wills and estate-related documentation, as well as providing clients with practical advice throughout these processes. As a notary public, Brenda also assists with notarial services, authentication and apostille of documents, ensuring that documents are properly prepared and compliant with the applicable requirements. Her depth of experience and meticulous approach make her a valuable resource to clients seeking practical, accurate and dependable guidance in property, trusts, estates and notarial matters.

Christopher K is an LLB graduate with a focus on criminal and immigration law. He supports clients with legal matters that require careful preparation, sound understanding of legal procedure and rights-based assistance, helping ensure each matter is approached with clarity, focus and professional care.

Mpilo serves as Office and Operations Manager, supporting the running of the firm’s daily operations. She is a university degree holder, bringing intelligence, resourcefulness and dedication to her role, ensuring office coordination and operational support are professionally managed with care. She holds a degree and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree

Blessing serves as an Administrative and Assessment Support Assistant, providing administrative support to the firm and assisting with assessment-related processes. She helps manage documentation, records and internal coordination, ensuring tasks are handled with accuracy and professional care.
